All orders will be posted to the address you provided when checking out ,

Please make sure the details are correct before payment is made, as we will not be held responsible for any address mistakes you make. 

We aim for a 24-48 hour dispatch time, but please bare in mind that at our busy times this may increase to 48 hour dispatch time. Dispatch time does not include postage time, which depends on the postage option you chose at the checkout.

We do not give refunds on items unless the products arrive to you damaged, in which we will offer a refund 

If you change your mind and no longer want your order, you may return it to us Within 7 days of purchase .

Please note you will need to pay for your return postage and will need to be  tracked and signed for delivery back too us at your cost .

Once we have received the items in the same condition you received them, we will then offer you an exchange or credit note.

Rainbow craft supplies are not held responsible for what my customers make or do with our products and take no responsibility for any craft items made from my products.

Our sheets come in A4 or30x20cm 

but due to each sheet being hand cut, there may be a slight  aprox 0.5cm leeway on the sheet but every effort it made to make them as perfect  as we can .

We try our best to check every sheet for quality  before we post to you but sometimes we do miss faults as we are only human , however If there are any issues please do contact us and we will be happy to 

resolve this for you .
