1.pinch the centre in a fanned motion folding into a fanned effect wrap plastic band or thread around the centre for security 

2.glue a clip bobble or headband onto the back of the bow side  

3.wrap a centre piece around and you have a stunning fanned scallop bow 

it will come on a leatherette sheet with 5 bow templates and matching centres and each bow measures  Aprox 3”
